Grupa Azoty and Compo Expert Strengthen Global Fertilizer Distribution Partnership

In a move aimed at expanding their presence in the global fertilizer market, Grupa Azoty S.A. and Compo Expert GmbH have announced the extension of their cooperation through a new distribution agreement. The agreement, signed on August 17, 2023, signifies a strategic collaboration that will see Compo Expert becoming a key distributor of Grupa Azoty fertilizers on international markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, Compo Expert will significantly enhance its distribution of Grupa Azoty fertilizers abroad, showcasing a comprehensive portfolio of nitrogen and compound fertilizers. The partnership is designed to leverage the strengths of both companies, as Grupa Azoty’s high-quality products dovetail with Compo Expert’s extensive international sales network. The contract is set to commence on October 1, 2023, and will continue until December 31, 2024, marking an open-ended commitment to mutual growth.

The enhanced collaboration between the two industry giants will enable Grupa Azoty to tap into Compo Expert’s far-reaching network, which spans across 22 countries, encompassing operations in more than 100 countries, including most of Europe, South and North America, Africa, and Asia.

The collaborative efforts between the two companies are not limited to distribution. The agreement also outlines joint marketing initiatives, aimed at boosting fertilizer sales and raising the profile of the Grupa Azoty brand. This strategic alignment reflects a shared commitment to providing customers with top-quality fertilizers while fostering a strong brand identity in the international agricultural sector.
