CF Industries Holdings announces 25% increase in quarterly dividend
CF Industries Holdings reported on Wednesday that its board of directors has declared a $0.50 per share dividend on its common stock, a 25% increase compared to its prior quarterly dividend.
The fertilizer producer said the dividend will be payable on February 29 2024 to stockholders of record as of February 15 2024.
Additionally, the company confirmed that it will report its full year and fourth quarter 2023 results after the market closes on Wednesday February 14 2024. It plans to host a conference call to discuss these results at 10:00 a.m. ET on Thursday February 15 2024.
