Regrow Ag merges with PUMA to unify farm data and supply chain compliance

Regrow has merged with Latin America-based PUMA, combining their technologies to offer food and agriculture companies a single platform to manage sourcing, sustainability and compliance across global supply chains.
The companies did not disclose financial terms.
The deal brings together Regrow’s data and analytics platform with PUMA’s monitoring, reporting and verification capabilities, which are widely used across Latin America. The region is a key supplier of commodities such as soybeans and beef, and a growing focus for companies facing stricter environmental and traceability requirements.
The combined platform is intended to serve as a system of record, linking field-level data with procurement decisions and sustainability reporting. It covers both crop and livestock supply chains and is designed to support companies operating across multiple geographies.
Regrow assured that customers will be able to manage Scope 3 emissions reporting under frameworks such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and ISO standards, while meeting requirements including the European Union’s deforestation regulation. The system also supports certification schemes such as ISCC and 2BSvs.
Chief Executive Anastasia Volkova stressed that the merger reflects a shift away from regional approaches to supply chain management, “Companies can no longer manage procurement and sustainability in silos.”
PUMA’s founder and chief executive, María Inés Di Napoli, will join Regrow as chief strategy officer. She expressed confidence that the combination would allow PUMA’s on-the-ground data and farmer engagement capabilities to scale globally.
Regrow’s customers include large food and agriculture companies such as Cargill, General Mills, Nestlé and Tate & Lyle. The company is seeking to expand its presence in Latin America while strengthening its position with multinational buyers under pressure to provide consistent, audit-ready supply chain data.
