USDA lists regional allocations under GSM-102 export credit program

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service maintains regional allocations and eligible destination countries for its Export Credit Guarantee Program, known as GSM-102. The program is designed to encourage commercial exports of U.S. agricultural products by reducing financial risk for lenders financing sales to foreign buyers.
GSM-102 covers a broad range of goods, including bulk commodities such as grains, oilseeds, and rice, intermediate products, and higher-value processed foods. Under the program, credit guarantees support financing arrangements involving U.S. exporters and eligible foreign financial institutions. Availability is subject to the program’s destination country, institution, and commodity requirements.
The allocations and eligible-market information are published by the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service. Exporters and financial institutions should consult the agency’s official program page for current regional details and application requirements.
