Cherkasy Azot opens dispute regarding fertilizer import quotas

Cherkasy Azot (part of Group DF) has filed a claim against the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine since it has refused to impose mineral fertilizer import limitations.
The company also requests to admit illegal the conclusions of the Ministry for Development of Economy and Trade of Ukraine made within the framework of the investigation related to the import of nitrogen fertilizers.
The Court obliged the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade of Ukraine to provide all copies of decisions, conclusions and other documents related to the investigation of import quotas.
