Agropromservice filed a claim against the Russian Agricultural Bank
The agricultural enterprise Agropromservice (Republic of Mordovia) filed a claim to the Commercial Court of the Rostov region against the Russian Agricultural Bank (Moscow).
As follows from the case files, Agropromservice intends to recover from the Russian Agricultural Bank an unjust enrichment in the amount of 302.6 thousand rubles (approximately $3.9 thousand).
According to Rusprofile.ru, Agropromservice is engaged in the cultivation of cereals, legumes, and oilseeds.
