Center-Perlit collected debt from a mysterious enterprise

The Commercial Court of the Moscow region ruled to fulfill the demand on the claim of the Center-Perlit company (Voskresensk) against a mineral fertilizer plant (Shilovo, Ryazan region).

As follows from the case files, the Commercial Court of the Moscow region ruled the enterprise to pay to Center-Perlit the debt under the supply agreement of 988.523 thousand rubles (approximately $13.4 thousand) and the interest for the use of other’s funds of 27.986 thousand rubles (approximately $400).

According to the information published on the website of Center-Perlit, the company produces perlite, while the counterparty is engaged in the output of mineral fertilizers (however, the scale of its production and sales volumes are unknown).
