Uralchem has opened a hotline to support Russian farmers
Uralchem and Uralkali have launched a hotline to provide additional support to Russian farmers. The line was commissioned within the joint decision taken by the companies to fix the prices for the main groups of mineral fertilizers for domestic agricultural producers for the entire period of autumn field works of the 2021 season. Operators of the hotline work 24/7.
By calling the hotline, all interested people can get information upon the availability and range of products of Uralchem and Uralkali in the Russian regions. The line will provide updated information, communicate with farmers on the widest range of issues, and coordinate volumes and prices for fertilizers during the autumn field works. All questions requiring additional processing will be sent to responsible employees of Uralchem and Uralkali.
The line will operate until September 30, 2021. However, if there will be a need and demand for this support mechanism, the hotline can be continued on an ongoing basis.
Uralchem is not just a production structure. The company not only produces traditional and new highly efficient types of fertilizers and chemical raw materials but also provides comprehensive business solutions based on extensive experience in agriculture and industrial technologies, available in almost all regions of Russia. We are ready to personally communicate with each client and our agronomists-consultants work in most regions of Russia. The opening of the hotline is another step towards our partners. This support tool will allow solving several issues in a faster mode,” said Dmitry Konyaev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Uralchem.
