Sablinskoye claims losses compensation from Corteva Agriscience in court

On July 13, the Commercial Court of the Stavropol region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Sablinskoye agricultural enterprise against the Russian subsidiary of the American Corteva Agriscience.
As follows from the case files, Sablinskoye intends to recover from Corteva Agriscience the losses of 28.025 million rubles (approximately $373.6 thousand). The losses reasons are not disclosed in the case files.
According to Rusprofile.ru, the Sablinskoye agricultural enterprise is engaged in the production of grain crops. Corteva Agriscience is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plant protection products.
