Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers (part of Uralchem) in 1H2021 increased the production of mineral fertilizers by 11.9% to 358.4 thousand tons.
Of their total volume, the output of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizer NPKS 8:20:30:2 almost doubled compared to last year and reached 141.5 thousand tons.
The production of a special water-soluble monoammonium phosphate also significantly rose by 63%. This became possible due to the launch of the new line for its production with a capacity of up to 50 thousand tons per year.
In 2021, Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers also added new products to its portfolio. The company produced 76.5 thousand tons of the cross-functional complex nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium fertilizer NPKS 15:15:15:11.
“The production results for the first half of 2021 are encouraging. By expanding and updating the product portfolio and modernizing the existing production assets, our team managed to achieve excellent production results,” said Dmitry Trushkov, General Director of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers. “To achieve all targets, we need to go with technological progress. Therefore, we will keep following the course of ensuring the proper technical condition and increasing the efficiency of existing production facilities, as well as developing a new product line. This year, we provide for the financing of over 2 billion rubles (approximately $27.3 thousand) for these purposes.”
