Altess Group intends to recover large debt from Togliattiazot

The Commercial Court of the Samara region is considering the claim of Altess Group against the Togliattiazot plant.

As follows from the case files, Altess Group intends to recover from Togliattiazot almost 14.547 million rubles (approximately $198 thousand). Before September 28, Altess Group has to submit to the Commercial Court of the Samara region an agreement for the provision of management services for workshop No. 17 of Togliattiazot dated October 2014.

Altess Group provides freight forwarding services in railway transport and carries out railway transportation in Russia, the CIS, and the Baltic countries. Since 2014, the company has been managing workshop No. 17 of Togliattiazot, forwarding all its cargo (carbamide, ammonia, and ammonia water) across Russia.

Togliattiazot is one of the world’s largest ammonia producers.
