Terrorist attack was thwarted at Stirol

The DPR Ministry of State Security reports that on February 18, a Ukrainian sabotage group attempted to commit an attack at the Stirol plant (the city of Horlivka, Donetsk), which could have led to a large-scale environmental disaster, but happily, it was thwarted.
According to the statement of the Ministry, the sabotage group attempted to blow up the ammonia storage tanks that were on the territory of Stirol. The security guard of the enterprise was injured.
Stirol may produce over 1.7 million tons of ammonia, 1 million tons of carbamide and 710 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate per year.
