PhosAgro will not disclose its 1Q2022 financials

PhosAgro announced that it will not publish 1Q2022 operating and financial results.

PhosAgro is following the best practice of simultaneously disclosing information to holders of shares and global depositary receipts (GDR). Taking into account the suspension of GDRs trading, the publication of the company’s operating and financial results for January-March this year may put some investors in a more favorable position in relation to other investors.
