PhosAgro will hold annual general meeting of shareholders in June

PhosAgro has announced its annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 30 this year.

Any shareholder owning at least 2% of voting shares is allowed to make proposals for the agenda of the annual general meeting and nominate candidates for the board of directors and the audit commission no later than May 23, 2022. If a shareholder makes a new proposal, their previously submitted proposals are considered withdrawn.

The PhosAgro annual general meeting of shareholders will consider the distribution of 2021 profits, the election of members of the board of directors and the approval of the annual report.
