PhosAgro has elected a new management board

PhosAgro Board of Directors has elected a new management board, which includes Mikhail Rybnikov, Alexey Sirotenko, and Dmitry Morozov.

In addition, the annual general meeting of shareholders has approved the list of candidates for election to the Board of Directors of PhosAgro which includes all members of the Board of Directors who continue to fulfill their duties.

The Board of Directors has also approved transactions of the company’s interest. Taking into account the situation in foreign markets, the Board of Directors will later consider interim dividend payments.
