EuroChem lost its CFO

On June 7, 2022, EuroChem announced that its CFO Kuzma Marchuk had left the company and the Board of Directors. The reasons have not been disclosed.

Earlier, Vladimir Rashevsky left the position of EuroChem CEO. He also left the Board of Directors of EuroChem. The reason was that the authorities of the European Union imposed sanctions against him.

European sanctions are currently imposed against Andrey Melnichenko, the former owner of EuroChem, and his wife Alexandra Melnichenko, the current beneficiary of the company.

EuroChem is one of the largest producers of mineral fertilizers in Russia. Its product line includes nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers.
