PhosAgro will hold a meeting of shareholders in September

On September 21, 2022, PhosAgro will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the form of remote voting. The meeting will decide upon the payment of dividends for 2021 and the first half of 2022 and a new version of the regulation on the board of directors.

Earlier, PhosAgro’s board of directors recommended that shareholders make a decision to pay dividends at the rate of 780 rubles (approximately $13) per ordinary share.

During the first half of this year, PhosAgro increased the production of nitrogen fertilizers by 2.6% to 1.266 million tons and phosphorus – by 6% to 4.054 million tons. Sales of nitrogen fertilizers remained almost unchanged and amounted to 1.346 million tons, while the sale of phosphorus fertilizers increased by 15.8% to 4.335 million tons.
