OCP Group became a shareholder of GlobalFeed

Moroccan OCP Group has acquired a 50% stake in GlobalFeed from the Spanish company Fertinagro Biotech. GlobalFeed is focused on producing feed phosphates and animal food products (up to 200 thousand tons are produced annually).
“Today’s transaction confirms the OCP Group’s goal to diversify its product portfolio and become a leading player in the pet food industry,” said Marouane Ameziane, Managing Director of Specialty Products and Solutions at OCP Group.
OCP Group continues developing partnerships with players from around the world. During the first half of this year, its revenue amounted to approximately $5.3 billion.
