Azelis has acquired Israeli plant protection producer Lidorr Elements

Azelis, a Belgian specialty fertilizer supplier, has acquired a 100% stake in Lidorr Elements, an Israeli company specializing in plant protection products.
The deal will allow Azelis to strengthen its position in the Israeli market and add more than 100 Lidorr Elements’ products to its portfolio. Lidorr Elements currently has over 400 clients working in Israel’s agriculture industry.
In turn, the capabilities of Azelis will allow Lidorr Elements to expand its activities in the development of plant protection products for agriculture.

Europe is falling behind in this field. The concerns 30 years ago was reasonable. Now not so much. We need crops that can survive in a more extreme future climate. Handle droughts and hot weather better. Crops that are less tasty to pests like hogs and deere.
