Acron increased fertilizer production in 1Q2023

Acron Group, one of Russia’s largest producers of mineral fertilizers, increased its production in 1Q2023 to 1.858 million tons (by 3%) compared to the same period last year.

The production of nitrogen fertilizers increased to 1.465 million tons (1.4%) and ammonia – up to 750 thousand tons (0.8%). On the contrary, the output of complex fertilizers decreased to 609 thousand tons (by 1.1%).

Acron Group manages two fertilizer companies, namely the Dorogobuzh plant (Smolensk region) and Acron (Veliky Novgorod), and two phosphorites mining companies North-Western Phosphorous Company (Murmansk region) and Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (Perm region). In addition, the group has distribution networks in Russia and China and three port terminals.
