PhosAgro will present fertilizer supply dynamics and humanitarian projects in Brazil

PhosAgro will present an overview of its fertilizer supply dynamics to Brazil and the outcomes of its humanitarian initiatives in the country at a Russian-Brazilian business forum scheduled for Feb. 5 in Brasília.
Viktor Cherepov, chairman of the board of directors of PJSC PhosAgro, and Mikhail Sterkin, the company’s deputy general director for sales and marketing, are set to participate in the Russian-Brazilian Business Forum, which is being held as part of the eighth meeting of the Russian-Brazilian High-Level Commission on Cooperation.
The forum is organized by the Business Councils of Russia and Brazil, Brazil’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Brazilian Export Promotion Agency ApexBrasil, with the support of both governments. It will be opened by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Brazilian Vice President Geraldo Alckmin.
PhosAgro’s presentation will take place during a panel session titled “Russia-Brazil Partnership in Ensuring Food Security.” The session will be co-chaired by Russian Agriculture Minister Oksana Lut and Brazilian Agriculture Minister Carlos Fávaro.
According to the organizers, the discussion will focus on bilateral cooperation in food security, including fertilizer supply chains. PhosAgro is expected to detail its supply flows to the Brazilian market and share results from humanitarian projects implemented in the country.
