Odessa Port Plant increases production

Odessa Port Plant is regaining its status of one of the Ukrainian industrial giants. During the three months of work under the contract with Agro Gas Trading, the plant produced 18.6 thousand tons of ammonia and 181 thousand tons of urea.

Apart from Ukrainian partners, products manufactured by the Odessa Port Plant are purchased by companies from a lot of other countries – Greece, Turkey, Spain, Canada, Morocco, Senegal, India and Cote d’Ivoire, the Agro Gas Trading press office has reported.

A function failure occurred at the Odessa Port Plant on October 26, but the specialists were able to eliminate it as soon as possible.

“Ammonia production was restored two days earlier than it had been planned, on October 31,” commented Alexander Gorbunenko, Director General of Agro Gas Trading.
