Togliattiazot sharply increased carbamide production

In the first half of this year, Togliattiazot plant (Samara region) increased the production of ammonia by 3% to 1.515 million tons and the production of carbamide by 14.6% to almost 493 thousand tons.

As follows from the company’s press release, the increase of the product output happened due to the preservation of demand in the world market, despite the pandemic of COVID-19.

Togliattiazot currently has seven units for the ammonia production and two units for the production of carbamide.
