Buyskiy chemical plant modernizes its production

The Governor of the Kostroma region Sergey Sitnikov visited Buyskiy Himichesky Zavod (Buyskiy chemical plant). The enterprise is actively modernizing its production. More than 30 million rubles (approximately $406.8 thousand) were allocated for these purposes.

The modernization has increased the products’ quality and made them more competitive in the fertilizer market. The company currently supplies its products to 70 regions of Russia, as well as to neighboring countries.

“The enterprise is engaged in science and developing new types of products. Five years ago the plant began the production of chelated fertilizers. Today, the enterprise is working on new types of products, which are mineral and chelate additives in animal feed. This will be a breakthrough project as well,” said Sergey Sitnikov.

The new investment project will be implemented in two years, with total investments of more than 100 million rubles (approx. $1.4 million). The enterprise will put into operation the second line for the production of chelated fertilizers and a line for the production of the demanded sulfate salts.
