Nitrogen fertilizer production slightly increased in Russia

According to the Federal State Statistics Service, the production of nitrogen fertilizers in Russia increased by 1.5% to 8.288 million tons.

As the agency reports, the output of nitrogen fertilizer in September compared to August raised by 1.5% to 821 thousand tons. Compared to the same period of 2019, the production of nitrogen fertilizers in August fell by 5.4%.

The leading suppliers of nitrogen fertilizers in Russia are PhosAgro and Uralchem.
