Russian Railways (RZD) filed a claim to the Commercial Court of the Smolensk region against the Dorogobuzh plant (part of Acron Group). The reasons for filing the claim are not disclosed in the case files and the date of the hearing has not yet been set.
Earlier, in October 2020, Russian Railways also filed a lawsuit against Dorogobuzh, intending to recover from the plant the debt for the provision of railways of the Azotnaya station (Moscow Railway).
The Dorogobuzh plant produces ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and NPK-fertilizers. Last year, the plant produced 1.5 million tons of mineral fertilizers.
