Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilizers continues its expensive project

Australian company Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilizers has found contractors to build its carbamide plant.

Under the terms of the reached agreement, the contractor is obliged to design, manufacture, assemble and commission technological equipment at the enterprise. They also have to build a 100 MW power plant, water treatment plant and warehouses for carbamide storage.

The future plant with a planned capacity of 2.14 million tons of carbamide per year is estimated at $4.5 billion. The construction process of the enterprise will take about three years, and it’s planned to create above 2 thousand jobs. Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilizers has been implementing their project since 2018.
