KuibyshevAzot created a mysterious subsidiary
The KuibyshevAzot plant (Samara region, Togliatti) has established a subsidiary company Nitrocom, which will specialize in the production of nitrogen fertilizers.
The authorized capital of Nitrocom is a million rubles (about $13.5 thousand). Its sole owner is KuibyshevAzot.
The press-service of KuibyshevAzot reports that the Nitrocom company wasn’t established to separate part of the production into an independent structure. However, the reasons for the creation of the enterprise are not disclosed. Earlier, KuibyshevAzot created subsidiaries for the implementation of individual projects.
