Togliattiazot filed a claim against Rostechnadzor

On November 25, the Commercial Court of the Samara region will hold a hearing on the claim of Togliattiazot against the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor).

As follows from the case files, Togliattiazot intends to invalidate the decision of Rostechnadzor dated September 22, 2021. The details of this decision have not been disclosed in the files.

Togliattiazot is one of the largest Russian ammonia and carbamide producers.
