Avgust has new proceedings with the Wosem advertising group

The Commercial Court of Moscow is considering a claim filed by the advertising group named Wosem against the Avgust company. The company intends to collect a debt from Avgust of 3.884 million rubles (approximately $53 thousand).

This lawsuit is not the first one filed by the Wosem advertising group against Avgust. Earlier, the company collected debt for the provision of advertising services of 1.161 million rubles (almost $16 thousand) and also wanted to receive a penalty fee of 4.634 million rubles (almost $63 thousand).

Avgust is one of the largest producers of plant protection products in Russia.
