A state register of agricultural lands will be created in Russia

A new federal law has entered into force, providing for the creation of a state register of agricultural land in Russia. It will be controlled by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.

The state register will contain information on agricultural land and its condition in all regions of Russia. The register will be based on the information received during the state monitoring of agricultural land.

“The creation of such a register is very important since government agencies need information about the actual use of land. That is how accurate control and accounting of the land will be carried out,” commented the information and analytical service of Fertilizer Daily.
