Kemerovo Azot is being sued again

In June this year, the Commercial Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region will hold a hearing on the claim of the Phoenix company against Kemerovo Azot (part of SDS Azot).
The reasons for filing a claim have not been disclosed in the case files. However, Phoenix may intend to recover from Kemerovo Azot a debt for providing its services or the supply of materials.
Kemerovo Azot is one of the largest producers of nitrogen fertilizers in Russia. Its product portfolio includes ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and carbamide-ammoniac compound. The company manages 50 main and auxiliary workshops.
