Acron is being sued by the Urals metal trader

On August 16, the Commercial Court of the Sverdlovsk region will consider a claim of the Regional Metal Trading Company (RMTK, Yekaterinburg) against the Acron plant (part of Acron Group).

As follows from the case materials, RMTK intends to recover from Acron a debt of 1.623 million rubles (almost $28.5 thousand). The reason for filing a claim hasn’t been disclosed but it might be associated with the supply of rolled metal. RMTK specializes in sales of flat steel products and pipes.
