      Never miss important fertilizer news

The Board of Directors of PhosAgro, one of the world’s leading producers of phosphorus fertilizers, recognized the results of the company’s work in 2022 as successful.

According to the statement of Mikhail Rybnikov, CEO of PhosAgro, last year, despite external challenges, the company managed to maintain strong growth dynamics. PhosAgro has achieved significant success in the production and marketing of products, in terms of the implementation of the investment program.

In 2022, a historic record was set. The company’s enterprises produced 11.1 million tons of mineral fertilizers. This is almost 5% higher than in 2021. Such a result became possible thanks to continuous large-scale investments in the company’s capital stock and the professional work of the entire workforce.

PhosAgro is not going to slow down in 2023. In the January-February period of this year, the company increased the production of sulfuric and phosphoric acids by 17% and 22%, respectively, compared to the beginning of 2022.

It is alarming to see these developments in California. As a vineyard grower, I have faced significant challenges this year, with fertilizer costs rising sharply while market conditions have made it difficult to sell the harvest.
