Western Resources receives CAD$5mn investment from Vantage
Western Resources Corp. announced on September 28 that its wholly owned subsidiary Western Potash Corp. has received CAD$5mn from Vantage Chance Limited.
The Vancouver-based firm said in a press release that the payment was made in accordance with the terms of a CAD$10mn exchangeable debenture subscription agreement that was signed on August 15.
It added that Western Potash expects to receive the remaining CAD$5mn from Vantage in October 2023.
Western Potash is currently in the process of building what it says will be Canada’s most efficient potash solution mine.
