Minudobreniya Rossosh were taken over by Roskhim

Minudobreniya Rossosh (Voronezh Region, Russia) was taken over by Russian state corporation Roskhim. Information about the change of ownership appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Previously, the enterprise belonged to Promazot.
Minudobreniya Rossosh is the only producer of mineral fertilizers in the Central “Black Earth” Region of Russia. The enterprise’s capacity (according to the manufacturer) allows it to annually produce 12 million tons of ammonia, 1.2 million tons of nitroammophoska, and more than 550 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate.
According to the Russian newspaper Kommersant, Roskhim continues to consolidate chemical plants in Russia. During the previous year, the company seized control over 97% of shares of Metafrax Chemicals, 100% of shares of Volzhsky Orgsintez, and 100% of shares in the companies managing the Dalnegorsk Mining and Processing Plant.
