AGROFERT will acquire OCI ammonia assets for 290 million euros

AGROFERT has agreed to acquire OCI Ammonia Holding from OCI Global for 290 million euros, strengthening its position in the European nitrogen products market.
The transaction includes OCI Terminal Europoort, an ammonia import and storage facility in Rotterdam, and OCI Ammonia Distribution, which supplies third-party customers across Europe. Both assets will transfer to AGROFERT as part of the 100% equity purchase.
Completion is expected in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory clearances, customary closing conditions and approval by OCI’s shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.
