KBR
USAKBR is an American civil engineering and service company. One of the leading suppliers of the US Army and the US Department of Defense. It was formed as a result of the merger of the building divisions of Halliburton and Dresser Industries groups – Brown & Root and M.W. Kellogg, after a takeover by Halliburton by Dresser Industries. Until 2007, KBR was a 100% subsidiary of the Halliburton Group. In the second quarter of 2007, the spin-off of KBR from the Halliburton group was completed.
