EuroChem Trading Rus gets sued again

In September, the Moscow Arbitration Court is going to consider the case brought by Kuban Credit Bank against EuroChem Trading Rus (part of the EuroChem company).

The reasons why Kuban Credit Bank decided to sue EuroChem Trading Rus are not reported in the case file.

It is worth mentioning that earlier the KuibyshevAzot plant filed a lawsuit against EuroChem Trading Rus.

EuroChem Trading Rus sells products of EuroChem enterprises throughout Russia.
