Nuclear submarine manufacturer has brought claim against a EuroChem’s offshoot

The Arbitration Court of the Arkhangelsk region is going to consider the case brought by the Northern Machine-Building Enterprise (Sevmash, Severodvinsk) against EuroChem Trading Rus (a subsidiary of EuroChem).

The subject of the claim and the reasons for filing it are not reported in the case file.

Sevmash is engaged in manufacturing of warships and submarines (including nuclear ones), as well as civilian production and commercial shipbuilding. It is part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation.

EuroChem Trading Rus sells mineral fertilizers produced by EuroChem enterprises.
