An individual entrepreneur wants $81K from Acron

On April 8, the Moscow Arbitration Court will be holding a hearing on the claim brought by the individual entrepreneur Alexey Sakharov against Acron.

As follows from the case file, Alexey Sakharov wants to recover 5.059 million rubles (approximately $ 81 thousand) from the Acron Plant, including debts worth 2.640 million rubles (nearly $ 42,560 ) and a penalty in the amount of approximately 2.419 million rubles (more than $ 38 thousand).

Acron is one of the leading manufacturers of mineral fertilizers in Russia. It is owned by Viatcheslav Kantor, whose net worth is estimated at 3.8 billion dollars by Forbes.
