Kemerovo Azot will produce coarse crystalline ammonium sulfate

Kemerovo Azot has installed a new substation and plans to replace the fans used for drying crystals and the unit for packaging of finished products within the framework of the project for technical re-equipment of the ammonium sulfate workshop. As a result, the workshop will produce coarse crystalline ammonium sulfate.

“This product is a premium one because it has large crystals. In fact, it is analogous to granular fertilizers. Its cost on the market is many times higher than the cost of standard ammonium sulfate,” said Roman Zakharov, Chief Specialist of the new technologies implementation department.

It is planned that the project for the technical re-equipment of the ammonium sulfate workshop will pay off in a year and a half.
