Novomoskovskiy Azot appointed a new executive
The Novomoskovskiy Azot plant (part of EuroChem) is headed by a new Executive Director. Oleg Glagolev has taken the position and replaced the previous Executive Evgeny Fedoseyev.
Oleg Glagolev graduated from the Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology in 1986 with a degree in Chemical Process Engineer, and in 2001 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Management.
Oleg Glagolev began his career at the Cherepovets nitrogen fertilizer plant in July 1986 as a site shift foreman. In November 2001, he was appointed Deputy Chief Engineer. And worked as Director of Cherepovetsky Azot in 2006-2010. Then he worked at PhosAgro as a Head of the capital construction department and as an Executive Director of Agro-Cherepovets. In 2012-2014, he worked in the Cherepovets branch of PhosAgro, taking senior positions.
In May 2015, Oleg Glagolev was hired by EuroChem as a senior manager in the department of technical development of the Fertilizers division. Since January 2018, he worked in the production department of the Fertilizers division, and in October 2019 he was appointed Head of this department.
Evgeny Fedoseyev will continue to work in the Moscow office of EuroChem.
