Russia reduced ammonia production by 14.3%

During the January-October period of this year, ammonia production in Russia decreased by 14.3% and amounted to 14.1 million tons, the Federal State Statistics Service reports.
The production of mineral fertilizers for the ten months of 2022 decreased by 10.7% to 19.5 million tons.
According to the Federal State Statistics Service, the output of sulfur, which is used for the manufacture of several complex fertilizers increased by 8% to 5 million tons.
