Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers became intrinsic part of Uralchem

Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers has joined Uralchem. Representatives of the company said that the reorganization of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers completed and as a result Uralchem merged its subsidiary company.

The activity of Voskresensk Mineral Fertilizers was officially terminated on March 1 due to reorganization. All property of the company was transferred to the VMU Branch of Uralchem in Voskresensk.

Uralchem believes that the reorganization will significantly reduce administrative costs, increase the efficiency of managing financial flows and the group’s operational efficiency by reducing the number of intragroup transactions.

Uralchem is one of the world’s largest producers of mineral fertilizers. The company is the owner of Uralkali.
