NWPC involved in protracted litigation
Tomorrow, a regular session regarding the case brought by the individual entrepreneur Olga Chibutkina against North-Western Phosphorous Company (NWPC, part of Acron Group) is to be held in the arbitration tribunal of Murmansk Region.
According to the case file, Olga Chibutkina wants to collect almost 12.418 million rubles from NWPC. The lawsuit between Olga Chibutkina and NWPC has been dragging on since February 2019.
NWPC is developing the apatite-nepheline deposit Oleniy Ruchey (Murmansk Region). Its reserves amount to 403.526 million tons of ore with an average phosphoric anhydride content of 15.79%. In 2018, the production of apatite concentrate increased by 4% to 1.214 million tons.
