Schelkovo Urban Settlement sues Schelkovo Agrohim

Today, a hearing on the lawsuit filed by the administration of the Schelkovo Urban Settlement against the Schelkovo Agrohim company is scheduled in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region.

In its claim, the administration of the Schelkovo Urban Settlement wants to recover almost 461,518 rubles (approximately $ 7.3 thousand) from Schelkovo Agrohim for unjust enrichment (from December 3 to July 15, 2019), and interest on money had and received (for the same period) in the amount of 21,913 rubles (about $ 345.34) for land property use.

Schelkovo Agrohim produces agrochemicals, pesticides and biological products for plant protection. The company was established in 1998 on the basis of the Schelkovo branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Chemical means of Plant Protection and the local oldest chemical enterprise Agrohim.
