Schelkovo Agrohim wants to bankrupt the Rannee agro-industrial complex

On July 27, the Commercial Court of the Orenburg region held a hearing on the claim of Schelkovo Agrohim (Moscow region) against the Rannee agro-industrial complex (the village of Kindelya, Orenburg region).

According to the case files, Schelkovo Agrohim wants the Court to recognize the Rannee agro-industrial complex as bankrupt due to its accounts payable of 1.149 million rubles (approximately $15.8 thousand).

Schelkovo Agrohim is one of the largest producers of plant protection products in Russia.
