Orenburg region purchased more agrochemicals than planned

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Orenburg region reports that since the beginning of the year, agricultural organizations and farmers of the region have purchased 63.1 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers, therefore, exceeding the plan by 61%.
The growth in the acquisition of mineral fertilizers aligned with the fact that in 2020 Orenburg region allocated 200 million rubles (approximately $2.6 million) to subsidize part of the cost of the fertilizers.
The funds were provided only in the case of purchasing the Russian made mineral fertilizers and conducting an agrochemical survey.
