Cherkasy Azot in 2020 increased production volumes by 11%

Cherkasy Azot (part of Group DF, Ukraine) produced 1.748 million tons of nitrogen fertilizers at the end of last year. Of their total volume, production of ammonium nitrate increased by 9.7% to 513.2 thousand tons, carbamide-ammoniac compound by 32.7% to 644 thousand tons. At the same time, carbamide output declined by 5.3% to 575.2 thousand tons.

“We manage to increase the production of mineral fertilizers due to the stable work, flexible business planning, constant monitoring of the market, as well as adjusting the product portfolio following the demand. We take into account not only the price situation on the market but also the marginality of each product,” said Vitaly Sklyarov Chairman of the Board of the enterprise. “Investment priorities do not change and stay focused on the development of industrial sites and modernization of production.”
